Pearl Secret’s first yearlings proving to be real gems

The first yearlings by the Gr.2 winning sprinter Pearl Secret were well received at the recent Goffs UK Premier Yearling Sales realising £55,000, £32,000, £26,000, etc.

The top lot was a filly offered by Salcey Forest Stud out of Speed Princess (Fast Company), a half-sister to the Stakes performer Audacia, and from the family of the joint Champion two-year-old in Germany Ajigolo and Group winner and sire Puissance. The filly was knocked down to trainer Henry Candy for £55,000 (Lot 123).

The £32,000 yearling was also a filly and was sold to Creighton/Schwartz Bloodstock. Consigned by Coulonces Sales she is the first foal out of Urban Art (Siyouni), a half-sister to Stakes performer Aylin out of a Stakes performer Street Lightning (Lot 174).

Sackville Donald purchased a colt yearling by Pearl Secret for £26,000 also from Salcey Forest Stud. Out of a a half-sister to triple Gr.1 winning sprinter The Tin Man and Champion Older sprinter Deacon Blues he is sure to be fast!

More yearlings will be on offer this autumn by Pearl Secret, out of a 5f Stakes winning mare from the family of Dutch Art and a son of Compton Place, you won’t want to miss them.
